About Jeff Ringelman

Jeff is a thirty (30) veteran of the fire service with Vacaville Fire Department where he rose from firefighter to Division Chief before his honorable retirement in 2006. Jeff is a graduate of the Fire Science College of San Mateo, holds a Bachelor of Science in Management degree with honors from St. Mary’s College. Jeff is a California Certified Chief Fire Officer and has a California Community College Teaching Credential. Since his retirement Jeff has applied his immeasurable fire service experience in assisting fire departments nationally to improve their understanding and development of strategic thinking techniques in the area of best business practices modeling.
